Will I be able to use my ND, HND and Third Class to study abroad?
Yes you can. The level you eventually qualify for would be highly dependent on your CGPA, years of proven relevant experience, a strong personal statement and highly optimised CV even though nothing is still promised. There is also the option of an Integrated Masters.
How much is the overall Tuition, Living Expenses and Deposit amount?
In education, there is nothing like total package. Therefore, there is no generic answer for this. The final response can only be eventually given to you as per your course of study and school of choice.However, we can provide average expected fees and living expenses for a few stable destinations to enable you calculate. United Kingdom: The average course fee in the United Kingdom is at about £13,000 (N15,000,000) and it would be best to plan and save an initial £3,000 - £5,000 (N3,450,000 - N5,720,000) for deposits at least. Living expenses is calculated as below: London (Main Applicant): £12,006 Outside London (Main Applicant): £9,207 London (Dependent): £7,605 Outside London (Dependent): £6,120 Canada: For Canada, the average tuition is $10,000 (N9,000,000) and above for a diploma course, and the cost of living per applicant is $20,635 (N18,500,000). How long does the application process take?
United Kingdom: For UK, the application process to institutions from JourneyBoard® is 24 working hours after receipt of complete documents. The institutions can take an average of 48 working hours and above to issue an offer. After payment of deposit is confirmed and CAS is issued, the UK standard visa process itself takes about 15 working days for a visa to be issued. Plan: The entire process can take between 1-5 Months depending on when you start.
Canada: The application process to institutions from JourneyBoard® is 24 working hours after receipt of complete documents. The institutions can take an average of 72 working hours and above to issue an offer. After payment of deposit is confirmed and Letter of Acceptance is issued, the Canada student visa process itself takes anything between 1 Month and up to a year for a visa to be issued. Plan: The entire process from application to visa submission and awaiting a decision can take 3 Months and above depending on your level of preparedness.
United States of America: The application process to institutions from JourneyBoard® is 24 working hours after receipt of complete documents. The institutions can take an average of 72 working hours and above to issue an offer. After payment of deposit is confirmed and i20 is issued, the USA student visa process itself can take a long while to get an appointment. However, visa decisions are made on the spot once appointment is confirmed. Plan: There are no visa appointments till 2025 November.

When can I book my Medical test for visa?

Would I be able to study abroad without a credit in my English at O’Level?
Yes. There are various English tests and pathway options for students without at least a C6 in English Language at their WAEC/NECO/IGCSE. Contact your dedicated advisor for further assistance.
Do I need to take IELTS or any exam to be eligible to study abroad?
Yes. There are various English tests and pathway options for students without at least a C6 in English Language at their WAEC/NECO/IGCSE.For most institutions, a WAEC at C6 at least is acceptable. For those with NECO and/or IGCSE, a higher band of the English score might be accepted or an IELTS requested. This will be on a case by case basis depending on the institution. Can you assist with a study loan?

If I am affected by ASUU strike. Can I transfer my course units to an institution abroad?
Yes, you can transfer your course units and institution but the level you'd be transferring to would highly depend on the modules you've taken so far after assessment of your transcripts by the faculty or evaluation bodies like WES. Your personal advisor would explain detailed steps with you.
Do I need to evaluate my transcript?
In most cases NO except specifically requested and this is more prevalent for American and Australian schools as well as PHD students.,
Can I get scholarships to study abroad?
You can get discounts. For full scholarships, you can apply to scholarship bodies such as Chevening, Commonwealth, PTDF, TET Fund etc. Unfortunately, we do not assist with the scholarship application process except for those offering discounts.
